I can relate to that. My neck is stiff lately. I think I need an adjustment

but then wouldn't your knees hurt?
If you hold on to the handle, she said, it's easier to maintain the illusion of control. But it's more fun if you just let the wind carry you. |

I always wondered about those ergo-doohickie chairs and how they could possibly be comfortable. I have never tried one out though... have you Sha? Or know
anyone who has?

I used to have one at work. It sort of throws your body weight about so the pressure is off of the usual places. I liked it, but occasionally fell off when I
forgot where I was

Would make it hard to lean back in your chair and put your feet up on the desk too.

It's probably not just your chair but how you sit at your desk.
Just had a health person yesterday showed me all the wrong stuff I was doing when seated at the computer. |

So true... my honey tends to sit with his ankles crossed under the chair, and he is now experiencing numbing and pain in his lower back... his chiropractor
told him this.
I have to remind him often to sit properly.... If you hold on to the handle, she said, it's easier to maintain the illusion of control. But it's more fun if you just let the wind carry you. |

I can relate too. I am using just a regular wooden chair. My back and my butt tend to hurt, and there is no arm rest. The keyboard is at a upward angle too.
*sigh*

My desk chair is too comfy, to the point where I usually doze off in it.

Our main computer and chair is fine and fits all of the above. But its the lap top. Ian uses the main one cause its better for games and I really need to sort
ou the desk top one

I believe we should all be living ergonomically sound lives.
